My name is Tao and welcome to my cooking diary.
I started this blog in October 2012, with a goal of improving my culinary skills, which were limited to baking potato fries and cooking eggs (I do make pretty good fried eggs), and also because I just really love food.
Now, as well as starting to add my own touches to recipes, I’ve started to really focus on my photography skills too. So far that’s been limited to making sure there’s proper natural lighting (because I don’t know how to use any other kind of lighting) and making do with very minimalist props but it’s unspeakably better than my first photographs and I am improving little by little.
